1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following words have the following meanings:

2. Reward

The Referrer will be entitled to a £100 reward for each successful referral, provided these terms and conditions have been followed in full. The Referrer may elect to receive the reward as either:

• A £100 Amazon gift voucher; or
• A £100 cash payment, made by bank transfer to the Referrer's nominated UK bank account.

The reward is of equal value under either method. Selection of the payment method is at the Referrer's discretion, but is subject to clauses 7 and 8 below.

3. Eligibility

This offer is open to everybody resident in the United Kingdom who refers friends or family to Montgomery FS Ltd for mortgage advice.

4. Referrer Obligations

The Referrer must:

• Submit the completed Refer-A-Friend form to Montgomery FS Ltd before Montgomery FS Ltd has made any contact with the Referred Friend. Where Montgomery FS Ltd has already been in contact with the Referred Friend prior to receipt of the Referrer's form — whether by telephone, email, written correspondence, in person or by any other means — that Referred Friend shall be deemed an existing client or prospect of Montgomery FS Ltd for the purposes of these terms. In such cases, the referral will not be valid and no reward will be payable.
• Have obtained explicit consent from the Referred Friend for their contact details to be shared with Montgomery FS Ltd, and for Montgomery FS Ltd to contact them on the details provided.
• Not refer themselves.
• Meet all of the qualifying criteria and other clauses in these terms.

5. Referred Friend Obligations

The Referred Friend must:

• Have completed a fact find with a member of the Montgomery FS Ltd advice team.
• Have a Mortgage Completion with Montgomery FS Ltd.
• Meet all of the qualifying criteria and other clauses in these terms.

6. Qualifying Criteria

• Referrals are only valid where, at the time the Refer-A-Friend form is submitted, the Referred Friend is not already known to Montgomery FS Ltd. This includes (but is not limited to) existing clients, former clients, prospects, enquirers, and any individual with whom Montgomery FS Ltd has had any prior contact whatsoever.
• Only available for a Mortgage Completion of £50,000 or greater.
• A joint application is considered to be one Referred Friend.

7. Non-Qualifying Criteria

The following are not eligible for the reward under this scheme:

• Referrer(s) resident outside the United Kingdom.
• Referred Friend(s) resident outside the United Kingdom.
• Employees of Montgomery FS Ltd.

8. Reward Payment

• Where all conditions in these terms are met, Montgomery FS Ltd will issue the £100 reward within 30 days of being formally notified of the Mortgage Completion by the mortgage lender.
• The Referrer will be contacted using the registered email address held by Montgomery FS Ltd and asked to confirm their preferred payment method — either an Amazon gift voucher or a cash payment by bank transfer — together with the relevant details required to make payment.
• Where the Referrer elects to receive an Amazon gift voucher, use of the voucher is subject to Amazon's own gift voucher terms and conditions.
• Where the Referrer elects to receive a cash payment, payment will be made by bank transfer to the Referrer's nominated UK bank account only. Payments cannot be made to third parties, to international bank accounts, or in any form other than GBP bank transfer.
• Rewards are non-transferable. The selection of payment method, once confirmed by the Referrer to Montgomery FS Ltd, is final and cannot be changed.
• If the Referrer does not respond to Montgomery FS Ltd's reward notification within 90 days of issue, Montgomery FS Ltd reserves the right to consider the reward forfeited.
• Montgomery FS Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of theft, impersonation, identity fraud, or incorrect bank or contact details provided by the Referrer.

9. Other Conditions

• There is no limit to the number of Referred Friends a Referrer can refer.
• Montgomery FS Ltd accepts no responsibility for being unable to offer a service to a Referred Friend.
• In the event of any disputes regarding the Refer-A-Friend scheme, the decision of Montgomery FS Ltd is final.
• Montgomery FS Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, or withdraw the scheme, at any time.
